Tammy Hamawi has gained the respect and admiration of business leaders and people from all walks of life for achieving pinnacle success in the ‘International Shipping Industry. She was one of the industries leading strategists. Her business achievements are shared by only a handful of women and men around the world, and are testament to her vision, sharp business acumen, inspirational management, leadership and relationship style. Tammy has held positions of shareholder, General Manager and Director of one of the most successful Shippings Lines to trade between Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Tammy’s belief that her success is directly attributed to the people she partnered along the way and directly reflects her deep respect and faith in people. She is passionate about the role that ‘successful relationships’ play in enriching our lives to fulfilment. In today’s age of time poor organisations and quick return on investments, Tammy influenced some of the world’s largest and most profitable shipping lines by dismissing common hard-nosed tactics and replacing them with nurtured win/win relationships.

Tammy’s internationally enriched education serves her well in today’s multi-cultural business environment. Having studied in more than 5 countries and adapting quickly to language, culture and academic variances she has the ability to transcend obstacles that may arise from religious, cultural, gender or class differences to create a strong sense of team-ship. She fluently speaks English, French and Arabic. With many experiences, adventures and an extensive circle of family, friends and networks, Tammy leads a rich life. Her most passionate role is that of ‘mother’- she shares a deep bond with her teenage daughter that is largely built on mutual respect. Constantly building thoughtful relationships and remaining open to life’s many lessons, Tammy is deeply committed to connecting with humanity and helping people find their ‘success and love of life’ through clarity, insight and focus. She walks her talk and remains a committed student in the “University of life”.
